An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Coordinator to join a leading professional services firm. This is a fast-paced, varied role sitting at the heart of the business, providing crucial support across business development, client management, and project coordination. You'll be working with a fantastic team and lovely senior stakeholders, supporting 3 fee-earners across their interim recruitment assignments. This isn't your typical admin role – you'll be actively involved in winning new business, managing live projects, and building relationships with high-level clients and candidates. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Business Development & Client Management: Supporting all potential new business activity and client pitches, building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships, acting as a key point of contact with professionalism and discretion, coordinating client-facing meetings and events.
- Project Management: Leading the administration of live interim assignments from start to finish, managing multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities, ensuring all documentation, processes, and compliance requirements are met, monitoring deadlines and proactively flagging any potential issues.
- Executive Assistant Support: Extensive diary management for senior fee-earners, coordinating complex schedules and travel arrangements, preparing materials for meetings and client engagements, managing correspondence and communications with tact and professionalism.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Essential: Unflappable under pressure – you can handle a busy, fast-moving environment, exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail, proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative, professional, polished communication style (written and verbal), client-facing experience with ability to build rapport quickly, strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), excellent time management and ability to prioritise competing demands, team player who's willing to go the extra mile.
- Desirable: Previous experience in professional services, recruitment, or consultancy, understanding of project management principles, experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
