Our client is looking for an EA to support their Group MD, who is soon relocating to the US. The successful candidate will remain UK-based and continue supporting the Group MD remotely during UK working hours. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing executive search business at a key stage of its expansion.

About the Role:

  • Full diary management for the Group MD
  • Inbox management, including responding on their behalf
  • Coordinating international travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries
  • Preparing presentations and decks
  • Ensuring the Group MD’s time is managed effectively and that priorities are proactively handled
  • Ad hoc support to the COO, who is leading strategic initiatives across the business
  • Providing additional support to the wider team when required

About You:

  • Previous EA experience within a boutique or fast-paced environment
  • Experience within executive search is highly advantageous
  • Proactive, engaging, and team-oriented approach
  • Curious, ambitious, and eager to add value
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the wider team
  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills
