Job Title: People & Development Coordinator (Early Talent)

Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Hours: 9:00–5:30

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 DOE

Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised People & Development Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting the delivery of early talent recruitment and development programmes. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in HR, early careers, or learning & development who is ready to take on more responsibility in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.

The Role

You will play a key role in coordinating graduate, apprentice, internship, and work experience pathways, ensuring smooth onboarding, exceptional candidate experience, and effective programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate scheduling and delivery of training and development sessions, including liaising with subject matter experts and managing logistics
  • Monitor attendance, collect feedback, and support continuous improvement of content
  • Manage onboarding for early talent cohorts, including documentation, enrolment forms, and funding confirmations
  • Conduct check-ins with new starters and support their integration
  • Act as a key contact for early talent cohorts, supervisors, and training providers
  • Maintain accurate programme records and trackers, including progress reviews and feedback logs
  • Support reporting on programme performance, engagement, and outcomes
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of early talent events such as assessment centres and networking sessions
  • Provide recruitment support including interview coordination and candidate communication

About You:

  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with apprenticeship programmes and funding
  • Awareness of professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, APM, CIOB)
  • Experience supporting graduate or apprenticeship schemes
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
