Job Title: People & Development Coordinator (Early Talent)

Hours: 9:00–5:30
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 DOE
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised People & Development Coordinator to join a dynamic team supporting the delivery of early talent recruitment and development programmes. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in HR, early careers, or learning & development who is ready to take on more responsibility in programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
The Role
You will play a key role in coordinating graduate, apprentice, internship, and work experience pathways, ensuring smooth onboarding, exceptional candidate experience, and effective programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling and delivery of training and development sessions, including liaising with subject matter experts and managing logistics
- Monitor attendance, collect feedback, and support continuous improvement of content
- Manage onboarding for early talent cohorts, including documentation, enrolment forms, and funding confirmations
- Conduct check-ins with new starters and support their integration
- Act as a key contact for early talent cohorts, supervisors, and training providers
- Maintain accurate programme records and trackers, including progress reviews and feedback logs
- Support reporting on programme performance, engagement, and outcomes
- Assist in the planning and delivery of early talent events such as assessment centres and networking sessions
- Provide recruitment support including interview coordination and candidate communication
About You:
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confident using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
Desirable:
- Familiarity with apprenticeship programmes and funding
- Awareness of professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, APM, CIOB)
- Experience supporting graduate or apprenticeship schemes
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
