Learning & Development Events Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid (4 days in the office in central London)
Our client, a leader in the luxury goods industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning & Development Events Manager to join their team. This role will support the Head of Operations and take ownership of internal learning & development events management.
Please note that experience in a learning & development role (such as an L&D Coordinator) is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal events, ensuring impeccable service.
- Support the planning and execution of learning & development initiatives.
- Collaborate with Program Directors to organise programs, manage event timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers, prepare materials, and manage event costs within budget.
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and act as the main point of contact for attendees.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a learning & development role (crucial).
- Events experience would be hugely beneficial.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- French language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
