Learning & Development Administrator / Assistant
Hybrid | London | £30-35K DOE

Our client, a very well established and respected property consultancy, is looking for an organised and proactive Learning & Development Administrator / Assistant to join their People & Development Team on a 6 month contract with a possibility of becoming permanent.

The Role

As a key support to the People & Development Team, you’ll ensure the smooth coordination of L&D initiatives, enabling employees to thrive in their roles. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Training Coordination – Scheduling and organising training sessions, workshops, and seminars, while liaising with internal teams and external providers.
  • Learning Management System (LMS) Administration – Maintaining user access, tracking course completions, and ensuring accurate records.
  • Data & Compliance Management – Running reports, sending reminders for mandatory training, and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
  • Employee Engagement – Handling enquiries about training opportunities, distributing materials, and gathering post-training feedback.
  • Talent Development Support – Assisting with attraction, recruitment, and development programmes, including coordinating job postings, applications, interviews, and work placements.
  • Event Planning – Helping to organise initiatives that support emerging talent and career progression.

About You

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within learning and development.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with employees and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive mindset, keen to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus but not essential.
