HR Manager – Projects (12 month FTC)

Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits

Location: Central London & hybrid (3 days per week in office)

Our client, a global hospitality business, is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on HR Manager to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract to support the opening and transfer of a number of properties into their existing portfolio.

Reporting into the HR Director, you will provide support and advice to stakeholders with regard to HR policies, procedures, best practice and employment law to ensure that new locations are integrated into the portfolio as smoothly as possible.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on TUPE process
  • Review / transfer employee framework (employment contracts/benefits etc.)
  • Implementation of Talent Management Systems
  • Work with the existing HR to support with recruitment needs
  • Support the new properties with onboarding of new team members
  • Provide framework for communication & engagement
  • Work with property based HR on transfer & implementation of payroll
  • Provide training and guidance to property based HR on HRIS
  • Carry out regular audits to ensure that property HR standards are maintained throughout the transition period
  • Occasional (circa once every second month) travel to the sites (across the UK) will be required throughout the duration of the contract

Key requirements:

  • 3+ years experience at advisory level or above
  • Proven HR Projects / Implementation experience within an SME
  • Experience within the hospitality sector would be beneficial but is by no means a requirement
  • CIPD L5 or extensive demonstrable experience
  • Experience using an HRIS
  • Proven leadership skills
