Hybrid Working (2 days in Central London)
A leading global professional services firm is seeking a highly organised, proactive and emotionally intelligent HR Coordinator to join their HR team.
Working closely with the Head of HR, you will provide critical administrative support across the full employee lifecycle. You\’ll act as the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of core HR processes and contributing to an outstanding employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR inbox and maintain internal trackers, forms, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, background checks, inductions, and exit interviews.
- Maintain employee records across HR systems (Salesforce), benefit platforms, and shared files.
- Assist with payroll preparation, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Handle policy updates, flexible working requests, parental leave briefings, and related documentation.
- Provide ad hoc support to the Head of HR and COO.
- Coordinate key HR projects and help drive continuous process improvement.
About You
This role would suit someone process-driven and detail-oriented, with a passion for getting things right the first time. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable working autonomously, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills when dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
You will ideally have:
- Previous HR coordination experience within a professional or corporate environment.
- Familiarity with payroll processes and HR systems.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
- A high level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and enthusiasm for delivering great employee experiences.
