An exciting tech start-up is seeking a Founders Associate / Executive Assistant to support their Co-Founder. This is a high-impact role within a fast-growing business, offering real scope to shape the position and become a trusted right-hand partner at the centre of the organisation.

About the Role:

  • Full diary management for the Co-Founder
  • International travel coordination
  • Meeting preparation, including agenda setting, document preparation, and meeting room management
  • End-to-end inbox management, keeping correspondence streamlined and prioritised
  • Expense reporting
  • Proofreading all communications to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
  • Personal support, including family liaison and personal travel arrangements

About You:

  • Experience working within a fast-paced, scaling start-up environment
  • Passionate, proactive, and highly motivated
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Previous experience supporting at C-suite or founder level
