Our client is looking for an EA to support their Group MD, who is soon relocating to the US. The successful candidate will remain UK-based and continue supporting the Group MD remotely during UK working hours. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing executive search business at a key stage of its expansion.
About the Role:
- Full diary management for the Group MD
- Inbox management, including responding on their behalf
- Coordinating international travel arrangements and preparing detailed itineraries
- Preparing presentations and decks
- Ensuring the Group MD’s time is managed effectively and that priorities are proactively handled
- Ad hoc support to the COO, who is leading strategic initiatives across the business
- Providing additional support to the wider team when required
About You:
- Previous EA experience within a boutique or fast-paced environment
- Experience within executive search is highly advantageous
