THE ROLE: Supporting the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, you will play a central role in the smooth running of Legal and Compliance teams. Working closely with the Company Secretarial function, you will be coordinating board meetings, liaising daily with senior board members, and building strong relationships with regulators and external parties. This is an EA role with real substance - complex diary management, board meeting organisation multiple times a year, production and distribution of board materials, and executive support across the wider team. You will also be the go‑to for administrative excellence across the function.

THE PERSON: We are looking for an experienced EA who is polished, discreet, and highly organised. You will be proactive, detail‑focused, and able to jump between teams with ease. Financial or professional services background strongly preferred. Excellent MS Office skills, strong communication, and someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment essential.
