We are working with a world-leading tech organisation to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO.

This is not a traditional one-to-one EA role. You will work as part of a close-knit support team, providing seamless, round-the-clock coverage to one of the most influential figures in global technology. The organisation operates at the forefront of the sector and the pace, complexity, and ambition of the work reflects that.

The Role

Working alongside a fellow Executive Assistant, you will share responsibility for managing a highly complex, ever-changing calendar across multiple global time zones, coordinating intricate international travel, and acting as a trusted extension of the CEO across all professional interactions.

You will serve as a polished, measured gatekeeper, someone who can communicate with senior stakeholders with confidence, while also rolling up your sleeves when operational detail demands it. The ability to operate with discretion, make sound autonomous decisions, and stay ten steps ahead is non-negotiable.

There will be international travel involved, along with out-of-hours availability on a rota basis. This is a role for someone who understands that elite-level support isn’t a nine-to-five endeavour and who genuinely takes pride in that.

What We’re Looking For

  • Significant experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or equivalent principal in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment
  • A background in technology or a similarly complex, global organisation
  • Exceptional attention to detail - you catch everything, every time
  • Strong instincts and the confidence to exercise autonomous judgement under pressure
  • A natural team player who thrives working in close collaboration with a fellow Executive Assistant and wider team.
  • Outstanding communication skills - polished, measured, and appropriate at every level
  • Genuine flexibility and resilience; you see out-of-hours coverage as part of the role, not an imposition
  • Experience navigating matrix organisations and managing complexity across multiple stakeholders
  • A desire to be embedded in and part of the organisation, not just an invisible support function

Package

Salary: £80,000–£90,000 depending on experience
Bonus and comprehensive benefits package
Hybrid working: 3 days in the London office, 2 from home
International travel required

This is a rare opportunity to work at the very highest level within one of the most important organisations in the world right now. If you have the experience, the judgement, and the temperament for a role of this calibre, we would love to hear from you.
