We’re partnering with a prestigious international architecture studio to find a proactive and polished EA to support their Founder & CEO for 8 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
As EA to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth running of both business and studio operations. You’ll be trusted with high-level responsibility, complex scheduling, client engagement, event coordination and confidential personal support.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and inbox management, ensuring the CEO is briefed, prepared and operating efficiently.
- Preparing agendas, meeting packs and minutes; tracking actions and following up across the business.
- Coordinating international travel, itineraries and conference schedules.
- Acting as a key liaison for clients, collaborators and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting business development activity, including pipeline tracking and post-event follow-up.
- Maintaining filing, CRM/contacts databases and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
- Assisting with studio operations, events, presentations, staff communications and front-of-house duties.
- Providing discreet private PA support including personal diary management, household administration and occasional errands.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Organised, detail-driven and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
- Exceptional at communication, both written and verbal.
- Resilient, resourceful and calm under pressure.
- Confident working closely with senior leaders in a busy, creative setting.
- Experienced: minimum 3 years supporting at Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant level.
Experience in architecture, design, property or another creative industry is beneficial but not essential. What matters most is attitude, polish and the ability to make things happen.
