This is a rare and genuinely career-defining role. We are delighted to be partnering with a world-leading technology organisation to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to join the Office of the CEO - you will be supporting one of the most prominent and influential leaders in the global AI and tech landscape.
This is not a traditional EA role. It requires a true strategic partner; someone with outstanding judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the resilience to operate at the very highest level. You will join a small, high-performing team of assistants within the Office of the CEO, working in close partnership to ensure seamless 24/7 support for a globally recognised leader. The team operates globally, and collaboration and trust between the group is everything.
Day to day you can expect to own:
- Complex, high-volume global diary and calendar management, acting as strategic gatekeeper and escalation point for the team
- Intricate international travel arrangements, often at short notice, with on-the-ground support when required
- Stakeholder management and diplomacy at the very highest level - this principal engages with Heads of State, global C-suite leaders, and more
- Strategic communications - managing correspondence, briefing documents, and ensuring the CEO is prepared and informed for every interaction
- Project leadership - driving critical initiatives from conception through to delivery across both professional and private spheres
- Operational architecture - building and refining the workflows and infrastructure that power the Office of the CEO
This role includes regular international travel, typically monthly.
About You:
- A significant and demonstrable track record supporting a CEO or Co-Founder at a well-known, high-profile tech company or global organisation - or a prominent founder or UHNWI - in a high-intensity environment; this is non-negotiable
- Experience supporting at the very top of a well-known, high-profile tech firm or global organisation - or having served a prominent founder or UHNWI - is essential
- Genuinely tech savvy, with a strong interest in and understanding of AI
- A true team player who works in lockstep with colleagues - no egos
- Calm under pressure, thrives in ambiguity and brings order to complexity
- Impeccable discretion, judgment, and integrity
- Flexible and available outside of core hours - you understand that elite support is not a 9-to-5 endeavour
- A master of G-Suite and complex global travel logistics

The Package:
- Up to £110,000 base salary
