Location: Central London with International Travel

About the Role

This is a pivotal role, you’ll provide seamless round the clock support to the CEO, managing their demanding schedules and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling complex and ever-changing calendars
  • Scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments across multiple time zones
  • Preparing materials and offering support before and during meetings
  • Travelling with the CEO, predominantly to the US
  • Arranging frequent domestic and international travel
  • Communication on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and urgency
  • Managing expense reports

About You

  • 5+ years supporting at C-Suite within a fast-paced environment on top of extensive EA support
  • Experience within tech, financial services, or consulting is desirable
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to stay composed under pressure
  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm to learn and develop within the role
