We are seeking a proactive and dynamic EA to provide comprehensive executive-level support to an innovative and forward-thinking CEO of a leading barrister’s chambers. This is a varied and exciting role that will be central to the smooth running of the CEO’s day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complex and detailed calendars, diaries, and schedules.
- Coordinate both internal and external meetings, ensuring logistics are handled smoothly.
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans (flights, accommodation, transportation, itineraries, etc.).
- Maintain effective filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
- Manage the CEO’s social media accounts and prepare travel-related documentation.
- Process invoices and manage expense claims.
- Serve as the CEO’s primary point of contact, ensuring efficient communication with staff, clients, and external parties.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails.
- Assist in drafting and preparing high-quality communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate business development and internal events.
- Research and gather information for internal projects and events.
- Lead and coordinate ad-hoc projects as required.
- Provide general support to ensure the smooth operation of the Chambers.
- Help build a strong, collaborative team culture with open communication.
