Executive Assistant role to 3 Execs (board level) and their respective teams working for a fantastic employer who instils loyalty and rewards and develops staff.

There will be wider support to their teams as required (light touch) however the main focus will be the execs. It is key you are happy to support multiples and the wider team.

This role will focus on support up to Exec level in a fast-paced insurance firm of around 500 people in London. Duties will include complex diary management, travel, expenses, reports, and presentations alongside extensive stakeholder management both internally and with clients. You will also be working closely with an inspirational and supportive team of EAs headed up by a fantastic mentor. You will provide board meeting support and ideally will have previous experience of board level coordination.

From day one you will be liaising across every level in the company, pulling together board packs, setting the agenda and managing all logistics and planning. Core duties will include heavy diary (60% of the role) with constant changes and re prioritisation. Setting high level meetings- both internal and external, events, board papers and packs

This is a fabulous opportunity for someone team focused who enjoys being the ‘go to’ person who is muck in. It is essential you are able to work at pace and are always one step ahead- the changes truly are constant, and you will need to be able to spin many plates at once and think ahead. Good energy, high attention to detail and an individual with drive, and ability to grow with the business is required.

We are looking for someone with experience previously at Exec level ideally who is used to working in a fast paced and professional environment.

This role will be working 4 days a week in the office and 1 day a week from home.
