Our client, a leading global executive search & advisory firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator to join one of their busy practice areas. This is an integral position that involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of projects. A client facing, varied and fast-paced role that requires a calm, confident and seasoned EA with top-notch communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and project support to partners, ensuring assignments run smoothly and efficiently.
- Organise meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements for consultants and clients.
- Produce and manage various documents, including proposals, presentations, and engagement letters.
- Handle assignment administration, ensuring proper billing and account management.
- Foster and maintain relationships with clients, providing high-level communication and support.
- Assist in office-related responsibilities, including document proofreading and IT liaison.
Key requirements:
