Our client, a PE firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Operations Manager to support the Managing Partner and CFO while overseeing the day-to-day operations of their London office.

The Role
This is a senior, EA-led position with scope to evolve into a true right-hand role, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be entrusted with managing complex and competing priorities, supporting multiple senior stakeholders, and contributing to company-wide initiatives, projects and off-sites, ensuring variety and breadth beyond traditional EA responsibilities.
Alongside high-level executive support, including intricate diary management and international travel coordination, the role also carries responsibility for ensuring the London office operates seamlessly and professionally at all times.
This opportunity would suit someone with a strong track record supporting senior leaders in demanding, high-performance environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Complex diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
- International travel coordination, itineraries and logistics
- Senior stakeholder liaison (internal and external)
- Preparation of presentations, board materials and documentation
- Supporting company-wide projects, off-sites and events
- Overseeing the smooth running of the London office
- Managing suppliers, facilities and office operations
Key Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership (CEO, Founder or Managing Partner level)
- Exceptional diary management and senior stakeholder engagement skills
- Background in financial services or private markets preferred
- Highly organised, proactive and discreet
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including presentation creation
- Strong judgement, professionalism and ability to operate at pace
Package
- Salary up to £90k
