LRA Search is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious global executive search firm to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to join their London team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a leading executive search environment where you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
About the Role:
As Executive Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive support on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis, leading project coordination for executive search assignments whilst managing the full lifecycle of searches from inception to completion. This is far more than a traditional EA position – you'll be at the heart of business operations, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and taking ownership of business development activities.
This role offers genuine variety, drawing on a broad range of commercial business skills including project management, client liaison, and strategic coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project coordination and delivery of search assignments
- Manage search timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is completed
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Stakeholder management with internal and external contacts
- Preparation of candidate reports, presentations and pitch documentation
- PowerPoint essential (InDesign advantageous)
- Business development support including organising events and client hospitality
- First point of contact for new business enquiries
- Travel arrangements, expenses, invoicing and general administration
About You:
- 2-5+ years' experience, ideally from professional services, executive search or recruitment
- Able to prioritise, take initiative, think ahead and anticipate problems
- Confident making nuanced judgements and managing conflicting priorities
- Innate sense of urgency with exceptional attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high energy and tenacity
- Intuitive, proactive and a completer finisher
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Discreet, trustworthy and completely dependable
