Executive Assistant – Executive Search
London | Hybrid working
We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a senior leader within a healthcare-focused executive search practice. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role with significant responsibility across diary management, project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
The Role
- Full EA support to the Head of Practice, including complex diary management
- Coordination and delivery of executive search assignments
- Managing timelines, documentation and key action points
- Liaising with senior clients, candidates and internal stakeholders
- Preparing presentations, candidate reports and pitch materials
- Supporting business development activity and organising events
About You
- 2–5+ years’ EA experience in professional services or executive search
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Strong judgement, attention to detail and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint essential)
- Discreet, dependable and confident working at senior level
