    • Leading the administration of live interim assignments from start to finish
    • Managing multiple projects simultaneously with shifting priorities
    • Ensuring all documentation, processes, and compliance requirements are met
    • Monitoring deadlines and proactively flagging any potential issues
  • Executive Assistant Support:
    • Extensive diary management for senior fee-earners
    • Coordinating complex schedules and travel arrangements
    • Preparing materials for meetings and client engagements
    • Managing correspondence and communications with tact and professionalism

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Essential:
    • Unflappable under pressure – you can handle a busy, fast-moving environment
    • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
    • Proactive self-starter who anticipates needs and takes initiative
    • Professional, polished communication style (written and verbal)
    • Client-facing experience with ability to build rapport quickly
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise competing demands
    • Team player who's willing to go the extra mile
  • Desirable:
    • Previous experience in professional services, recruitment, or consultancy
    • Understanding of project management principles
    • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously

    THE PERSON

    You're someone who:

    • Thrives in controlled chaos and loves the buzz of a busy office
    • Takes pride in producing high-quality work, even at speed
    • Builds genuine relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Stays calm and solution-focused when challenges arise
    • Has high energy, commitment, and a can-do attitude
    • Enjoys variety and isn't fazed by last-minute changes

    • Lovely senior stakeholders who value their support team
    • Opportunity to be genuinely involved in business-critical work
    • Professional development and training opportunities
