You\’ll play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality search assignments and supporting senior leaders at the forefront of the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:2 EA support , including complex diary management and travel coordinationLead project coordination for search assignments, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation are met to the highest standardBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted first point of contactPrepare polished written materials including candidate reports, presentations, pitch decks, and research packsSupport business development activity: scheduling meetings, organising client events, and managing new business enquiriesGeneral administrative support including expenses, invoicing, and office coordinationAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years\’ EA experience , ideally within professional services, executive search, or a client-facing corporate environment.
