Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days remote)
We are working with a leading global professional services firm, seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide critical support within their fast-paced Executive Search practice.
This role goes far beyond traditional EA duties – it blends classic executive support with project management, stakeholder engagement, and client-facing responsibilities. You’ll play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality search assignments and supporting senior leaders at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:2 EA support, including complex diary management and travel coordination
- Lead project coordination for search assignments, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation are met to the highest standard
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted first point of contact
- Prepare polished written materials including candidate reports, presentations, pitch decks, and research packs
- Support business development activity: scheduling meetings, organising client events, and managing new business enquiries
- General administrative support including expenses, invoicing, and office coordination
About You
The ideal candidate will have 2–5+ years’ EA experience, ideally within professional services, executive search, or a client-facing corporate environment. You will bring:
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong judgement and discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of energy, resilience, and attention to detail
