The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal growth stage as the key support for the CEO and wider executive team. You’ll ensure productivity is maximised and the business rhythm is smooth and efficient. Beyond executive support, you’ll be the heart of the London office, managing its environment and fostering a positive, collaborative culture through team events and office operations. This role offers significant opportunity to grow, taking on responsibilities in organizing and structuring key meetings, tracking outputs, and playing a direct role in helping the leadership team drive the business forward. The company is looking for someone who will proactively embrace AI tools to automate routine tasks and enhance efficiency.
The Role
- Location: West London (5 days in office)
- Salary: Up to £45,000 + 10% discretionary bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the CEO's complex diary, prioritizing appointments, resolving conflicts, and ensuring meetings are well‑prepared
- Provide additional administrative and scheduling support to the wider executive team as needed
- Support the CEO and leadership team with ad‑hoc projects, research, and meeting preparation as the business grows
