Executive Assistant | 12-month maternity cover
Location: Central London (2 days WFH)
Salary: £54k – £57k DOE
Our client, a leading executive search firm is looking for an experience EA to join their team supporting two Consultants within the Technology Practice on a 12-month contract. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that involves working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, engaging, and has a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a calm and level headed approach.
About the Role
- Manage complex diaries, coordinate meetings, and arrange international travel for two consultants
- Proofread and produce documents, including presentations and engagement letters
- Oversee billing and account management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with office-related tasks, including based IT troubleshooting
- Maintain the internal CRM system
About You
- Experience in Executive Search, Consultancy, or Technology is desirable
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
