Our client, a leading European venture debt fund, is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support the Managing Partner and CFO and oversee the day-to-day running of the London office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, ambitious boutique firm with an impressive, sociable and high-calibre team. The role is a senior, EA-led position and has the potential to become a true right-hand role, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be trusted to manage complex priorities, support multiple senior stakeholders, and contribute to company-wide projects and off-sites, ensuring variety and scope beyond traditional EA responsibilities.
Alongside high-level executive support — including complex diary management and international travel coordination — the role carries responsibility for maintaining a professional, well‑run office. This position suits an experienced EA with a proven track record in similar environments; demonstrated longevity in previous roles is strongly preferred.
Key Requirements- Proven experience supporting senior leadership (CEO, Founder or Managing Partner level)
