We are working in partnership with a leading, City based insurance firm that is seeking an outstanding Executive Assistant to support a newly appointed member of its senior leadership team. This is a high-profile role supporting a well-known individual with a distinguished career spanning several senior and public-facing appointments.
The position is ideally suited to an experienced Senior EA/PA who has previously supported a public figure or C-suite executive and who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments requiring absolute discretion. Responsibilities will include complex diary and schedule management, extensive international travel coordination (including security arrangements where required), inbox management, research, ad-hoc personal support, and involvement in a range of project-based work.
The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a proven track record of loyalty and longevity in senior EA roles. While prior experience within insurance is not essential, significant and demonstrable experience supporting senior leaders within professional services or similarly demanding environments is required. Immediate candidates are preferred, but the client can wait a month for the perfect fit. If you are a proactive, capable EA who prides yourself on offering intelligent, intuitive support weβd love to speak to you about this role.
