The Role

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will provide first-class executive support across all aspects of a busy, fast-moving diary - but this role goes well beyond the traditional EA remit. You'll be encouraged to get involved in projects, contribute ideas, and be a genuine partner to the leadership team.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Travel and logistics coordination
  • Preparation of presentations, reports, and briefing documents
  • Stakeholder liaison at senior and board level
  • Supporting on projects and initiatives across the technology function
  • Embracing AI tools to streamline and elevate the way you work

The Person
