About the Role:
This is a pivotal role, you’ll provide seamless round the clock support to the CEO, managing their demanding schedules and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling complex and ever-changing calendars
- Scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments across multiple time zones
- Preparing materials and offering support before and during meetings
- Travelling with the CEO, predominantly to the US
- Arranging frequent domestic and international travel
- Communication on behalf of the CEO with professionalism and urgency
- Managing expense reports
About You:
- 5+ years supporting at c-suite/founder level within a fast-paced tech centric business
- Ideally experienced supporting in a 1:1 role and experience navigating a large tech business
- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships
- A proactive mindset and the ability to stay composed under pressure
- A collaborative approach and enthusiasm to learn and develop within the role
