An exciting tech start-up is looking for an EA to support one of its Co-Founders. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a true right hand, working at the heart of a fast-growing business with real scope to shape the position. The Founders are ambitious, energetic, and move at pace, so they’re looking for someone who can match their drive. This is a wraparound support role, so you’ll need to be comfortable with out-of-hours work as part of the position.
About the Role
- Providing both business and personal support to the Co-Founder, ensuring their time is used as effectively as possible.
- Full diary management for the Co-Founder.
- International travel coordination.
- Meeting preparation, including agenda setting, document preparation, and meeting room management.
- End-to-end inbox management, keeping correspondence streamlined and prioritised.
- Expense reporting.
- Proofreading all communications to ensure accuracy and attention to detail.
- Personal support, including family liaison and personal travel arrangements.
