EA & Office Manager

Location: Central London (1-day WFH)

Salary: £55k – £65k

Our client, a boutique private equity firm, is looking for an EA & Office Manager to support a Managing Partner and the CFO. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑respected firm and play a central role in the business.

About the Role:

  • Full diary management for the Managing Partner and CFO
  • Coordination of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Organisation of conferences and events
  • Light personal support for the Managing Partner as required
  • Ensuring the office is well‑organised and fully stocked
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and service providers
  • Supporting office policies and procedures, including health and safety compliance

About You:

  • Experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Private equity experience is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, approachable, and hardworking
