EA & Office Manager
Location: Central London (1-day WFH)
Salary: £55k – £65k
Our client, a boutique private equity firm, is looking for an EA & Office Manager to support a Managing Partner and the CFO. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well‑respected firm and play a central role in the business.
About the Role:
- Full diary management for the Managing Partner and CFO
- Coordination of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Organisation of conferences and events
- Light personal support for the Managing Partner as required
- Ensuring the office is well‑organised and fully stocked
- Managing relationships with suppliers and service providers
- Supporting office policies and procedures, including health and safety compliance
About You:
- Experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced environment
- Private equity experience is advantageous
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, approachable, and hardworking
