Client Administrator Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 Location: Hybrid, City of London (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Our client, a boutique insurance and investment advisory firm, are seeking a Client Administrator to support the Office Manager and wider administration team to ensure compliance is met by their members with all FCA and Lloyd’s requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assist the administration team with document collection, data entry, and administrative processes.Ensure members comply with Lloyd’s requirements and deadlines by coordinating with external advisors, providing necessary information, and following up on outstanding documents.Support the Office Manager with general administration, data entry, and client communications while maintaining accurate client data across the company.Develop and maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements, including Lloyd’s membership rules, and assist with associated processes and procedures.Coordinate with other teams to ensure consistent reporting to members.Help the administration team prepare, collect, and submit documents related to members’ funds at Lloyd’s.Liaise with members’ external advisors regarding underwriting affairs.Monitor and collect annual forms, and ensure compliance with ID&V and Source of Wealth requirements.Download Lloyd’s reports from the Lloyd’s portal and make them available to relevant staff and members.Perform general administrative tasks, including electronic filing, data checking, and uploads/downloads to Lloyd’s and company portals Key requirements: High attention to detail and ability to follow processes accuratelyA strong team platerExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalReliable and trustworthyHigh levels of professionalismPrior experience within an admin role and/or insurance would be beneficialExperience within a client facing / customer service environment Package: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum15% non-contributory pensionLong term career progressionTeam trips abroadHybrid working (3 days in office)Working hours: 9am-5pm23 days holiday plus bank holidays and discretionary Christmas closure Unfortunately, due to the sheer volume of applications we receive, we are not always able to respond to each applicant directly.
