The Executive Assistant is critical to the firm's success and essential to a consultant's ability to service clients. You'll work in a demanding, deadline-driven search environment, supporting two ambitious, high-performing Consultants in a busy 1:2 capacity, ideally bringing prior exposure to executive search or a similarly fast-paced professional services setting, so you understand the pace and precision required from day one.
- Manage a constantly shifting set of priorities in a fast-moving environment, multi-tasking with ease.
- Use initiative to act without direction, including liaising with clients and candidates on the Consultants' behalf.
- Anticipate the Consultants' business and assignment needs, taking a proactive approach to ensure they operate at full potential.
- Coordinate international diaries and travel, alongside client/candidate interviews, calls, and video conferences.
- Take full accountability and responsibility for assignment administration.
- Support colleagues with a 'can do' attitude, providing cover for other Executive Assistants when needed.
Search or management consulting background strongly preferred - you understand the pace, discretion, and rigour this world demands. A project management mindset, with curiosity and a desire to ask the right questions. Computer literate, with a recent track record across Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, databases, and internet research.
