LRA Search is delighted to be partnering with a prestigious global executive search firm to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to join their dynamic Media Practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work at the heart of the UK's thriving Creative Industries, supporting high-profile client work across TV, film, music, advertising, social platforms, publishing and live entertainment.
About the Role:
Supporting a Partner and Consultant on a 1:2 basis within the Media Practice, you'll play a pivotal role in project managing executive search assignments, ensuring smooth operations, managing complex diaries, and coordinating client interactions with some of the most influential names shaping the future of media. This is far more than a traditional EA position. You'll be leading project coordination for C-suite and board-level appointments, managing entire search processes, and drawing on a broad range of commercial business skills in a role that offers genuine complexity and variety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project coordination and delivery of search assignments
- Manage search timelines, deadlines and documentation
- Complex diary and inbox management
- International travel arrangements
- Stakeholder management across all levels internally and externally
- Preparation of candidate reports and pitch materials
- PowerPoint essential (InDesign advantageous)
- Business development support including events, lunches and corporate hospitality
- First point of contact for new business enquiries
- Maintaining client relationships and scheduling business development meetings
- Expenses, invoicing and general administration
About You:
- 2-5+ years' experience, ideally from professional services, executive search or recruitment
- Able to prioritise, take initiative, think ahead and provide solutions
- Confident making nuanced judgements and managing conflicting priorities
- Innate sense of urgency with exceptional attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with high energy and tenacity
- Intuitive, proactive and a completer finisher
- Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Discreet, trustworthy and completely dependable
