We’re working with a fantastic company who are looking for a proactive and personable EA to support their senior leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative company where you’ll play a key role in enabling smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
- Provide complex diary management and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Arrange international and domestic travel, including itineraries and logistics
- Organise and oversee client events and assist with internal team socials
- Take and distribute accurate meeting minutes and action points
- Prepare, edit, and proofread presentations and documentation
- Support with budget tracking and expense management
- Manage company vehicle usage and maintenance schedules
About You
- Proven experience supporting at senior leadership or board level
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
