Salary: £35,000 to £55,000 dependent on experience

What you'll be doing
This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who wants to be at the heart of the search process from day one.
- Mapping markets and researching practice areas in depth
- Supporting active mandates with research and candidate sourcing
- Identifying, approaching, and screening prospective candidates
- Developing lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
- Juggling interview logistics across shifting, often complex schedules
- Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date
- Supporting with reporting, expenses, and performance tracking
