This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in bringing learning, development, talent and culture initiatives to life. • Maintain accurate learning, development and compliance records.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and management information.
  • Coordinate mandatory training and monitor completion.
  • Act as a key point of contact for learners, stakeholders, training providers and facilitators.
  • Manage shared inboxes, meetings, documentation and wider team administration.
  • Support digital learning initiatives and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency through technology.

What you’ll bring

You’ll be highly organised, approachable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Experience in administration, coordination, learning, training or programme support.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong data management skills.
  • Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Experience using an LMS or similar system.
  • Confidence producing reports and working with data.
  • A proactive mindset and an interest in improving processes and ways of working.

This really is a great opportunity to join a collaborative People & Development team and gain exposure across learning, talent, culture, professional development and digital learning. You’ll have a visible role in helping colleagues develop and ensuring programmes are delivered effectively, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a superb firm with excellent retention, benefits and team culture. A really great opportunity for a strong Team coordinator/PA who wants to be involved in a people function.
