We're partnering with a highly regarded professional services firm to recruit a hybrid CRM, Campaigns & Insights Senior Coordinator to join its Marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, organised and data-driven marketing professional to take ownership of the day-to-day management of HubSpot, deliver targeted marketing campaigns and turn performance data into meaningful insights.

Working closely with the wider Marketing and Business Development teams, you'll play a key role in strengthening audience engagement, improving CRM processes and ensuring marketing activity reaches the right people, at the right time.

The Role:

  • Take day-to-day ownership of HubSpot, maintaining accurate contact data, managing audience segmentation and ensuring the platform is used effectively across the business.
  • Build and maintain CRM workflows, automation, templates and processes to improve efficiency, data quality and campaign delivery.
  • Plan, coordinate and deliver targeted internal and external marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, landing pages, forms and integrated activity across digital channels, events, thought leadership and media partnerships.
  • Manage campaign schedules, audience targeting and quality assurance, ensuring all activity is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
  • Develop and refine client and prospect databases, identifying opportunities to expand audience reach, improve targeting and strengthen engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using HubSpot analytics and data from digital and external channels to produce clear reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement, using insights to refine future campaigns and support data-led marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Business Development colleagues to improve contact management, coordinate communications and support relationship development.
  • Ensure CRM data and marketing activity comply with GDPR, consent requirements and email marketing best practice.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues on effective CRM use and proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and marketing automation, keeping up to date with developments in marketing technology.

About you:

  • Experience in CRM management, marketing operations or digital campaign delivery, ideally within professional services or consultancy environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.
  • Experience building, testing and delivering targeted email marketing campaigns.
  • Confidence managing contact databases, data segmentation and data quality.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and turn findings into practical recommendations.
  • A good understanding of email marketing best practice, GDPR and data protection requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach, with the confidence to support colleagues and improve ways of working.
  • A proactive, hand-on mindset, with the ability to take ownership, work independently and identify opportunities to make a difference. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive Marketing team where you'll have genuine ownership of CRM and campaign delivery, scope to contribute ideas and the opportunity to see your recommendations put into practice.
