We're hiring! As our workload continues to grow across architecture, planning, interiors and Building Safety Act compliance, we're looking for an exceptional Architect, Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician to join our team in Brighton or London. With a current portfolio exceeding £500 million in construction value, LRAR works across build-to-rent, co-living, residential, heritage, education, community and commercial sectors.
Alongside our architectural work, we are recognised nationally for our expertise in Building Safety Act compliance, acting as Building Regulations Principal Designer and CDM Principal Designer on some of the UK's most complex projects. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from award-winning private homes and listed buildings through to large-scale residential and mixed-use developments, whilst contributing to the continued growth of a dynamic and ambitious practice.
