LR Talent are exclusively working with a major London estate with the appointment of a Technical Services Manager. This is a strategic role overseeing technical operations, compliance and infrastructure across a large, high‑profile business campus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical, MEP and compliance strategy across a large multi‑building estate
  • Oversee statutory compliance, including water safety, electrical safety, HV/LV systems, RAMS and permit processes
  • Manage technical projects, lifecycle works and monthly HV/LV shutdowns
  • Drive energy, water and sustainability initiatives across the estate
  • Lead and develop technical teams, ensuring high standards of delivery and performance
  • Manage contractor relationships, tender processes and supplier performance
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, service charge planning and financial reporting
  • Provide technical oversight for tenant alterations, wayleaves and estate improvements
  • Monitor estate condition, identify risks and ensure safe, efficient operations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, operations and guest‑experience teams on estate‑wide initiatives

What they’re looking for:

  • A technical leader who started on the tools (apprenticeship/engineering route) and progressed into estate‑level management
  • Strong statutory compliance knowledge across water, electrical, HV/LV, RAMS and permits
  • NEBOSH (essential) and ideally NEBOSH Fire
  • HV/LV competencies and preferably AP status
  • Project management qualification and experience delivering complex technical works
  • Confident managing budgets, lifecycle planning and contractor performance
  • Experience leading technical teams in large, multi‑building environments

Package & Location:

5 days on site at a major West London estate £75,000 – £85,000 depending on experience. Excellent company benefits and long‑term career development opportunities.
