I am working with a leading global investment firm to seek a proactive Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join its London office (5 days on site). This is a key front‑of‑house role within a fast‑paced, high‑performing environment (ideal for someone with a very strong work ethic and professional manner).   • Front of House & Office Coordination
  • Welcome all visitors and callers with professionalism and confidence
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentable
  • Oversee daily office standards, working closely with facilities and cleaning teams
  • Handle incoming calls, messages and general enquiries
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide day‑to‑day admin support to a small group of investment professionals
    • Coordinate travel, accommodation and meeting logistics
    • Assist with confidential documentation and internal coordination
    • Work closely with Executive Assistants across the UK and US office
    • Monitor and replenish office, kitchen and stationery supplies
    • Act as the main point of contact for office vendors and service providers
    • Support with ad‑hoc tasks, office projects and general operational needs
    • Raise and track maintenance requests to keep the office running smoothly
