LR Talent are supporting a fast‑growing recruitment group in hiring their first Operations & Compliance Lead - a newly created role sitting at the centre of operations, process improvement, Bullhorn optimisation and compliance oversight. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility position working closely with the Executive Director to build structure, improve workflows, and drive operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise Bullhorn across the group - workflows, data integrity, reporting, automations, and user adoption (Bullhorn experience is essential).
- Improve and document processes across sales, delivery, compliance, and back‑office functions.
- Oversee compliance frameworks including contractor onboarding, RTW, IR35, AWR, and internal audit routines.
- Coordinate with an offshore support team to ensure smooth delivery and consistent standards (no line management).
- Lead internal projects to streamline operations, reduce friction, and enhance productivity.
- Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process documentation to embed best practice across the business.
- Support data, reporting and MI, ensuring leadership has accurate, timely insights.
- Act as the operational “glue” between sales, finance, compliance, and delivery teams.
- Champion continuous improvement, identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
