We’re looking for someone with at least 10 years’ experience supporting at a senior level in high‑trust environments. This role is a blend of Senior EA and Chief of Staff responsibilities, spanning both private and business support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing diary, email and day‑to‑day priorities
- Coordinating multiple UK properties (contractors, maintenance, refurb projects)
- Organising personal admin, documentation and logistics
- Supporting estate‑related paperwork and external advisors
- Translating ideas into actionable plans and ensuring follow‑through
- Introducing structure, systems and process where needed
- Acting as a steady, discreet point of contact for family and partners
What we’re looking for:
- Senior EA/operational support experience (UHNW or complex households ideal)
- Proven experience overseeing property‑related projects and managing specialists across multiple sites
- Strong project coordination skills
- Tech‑savvy, proactive and solutions‑focused
Role details:
