I’m exclusively supporting a leading organisation based in Chiswick with the hire of a PA & Office Support professional. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, people, and being at the centre of a busy, hands-on environment!
This is a 50/50 split between Office Management and PA support to the Estate Director. This role is fully on-site, five days a week and extremely varied. One day you might be coordinating diaries and preparing presentations, the next you could be liaising with landscaping teams or supporting the guest experience team with an outdoor event.
Essential Criteria:
- PA & Office Management background (minimum of 3 years)
- Hospitality or real estate sector background is preferred
- Previous reception/front of house experience is valuable for guest interaction
- This role suits a warm, confident communicator who enjoys being around people
