LR Talent are partnering exclusively with a fantastic organisation in Chiswick, West London, to hire an Experience Product Coordinator.
Job purpose: To deliver product to plan and build strong relationships with external stakeholders. Support the Guest Experience and Marketing teams with planning, promoting and delivering engaging digital content that brings the organisations brand and guest experience to life through evolving engagement opportunities.
- Schedule and publish all content on the company app.
- Oversee day‑to‑day app operations, including content updates, basic analytics and responding to user enquiries.
- Support the marketing plan for the experience programme and help drive app sign‑ups and engagement.
- Use analytics to spot trends and recommend improvements to the app and overall guest experience.
- Work with the external app provider to implement new features and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain the app as the primary digital communication channel for guests.
- Stay informed on best practices in digital communications, guest engagement and analytics.
- Manage the Visitor Management System (VMS) and act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting.
- Support digital access and onboarding for guest companies, including mobile wallet access.
- Assist with events and experience initiatives, working closely with the Events/Experience Lead.
- Monitor the info inbox and ensure all enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate the annual guest survey, analyse results and produce the end‑of‑year report.
- Produce regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on engagement and experience activity.
- Support a local‑business partnership programme by building relationships with nearby retailers, cafés and services, and promoting exclusive guest offers through the app.
Qualifications: Degree or experience equivalent in marketing, tech or comms. Experience in using CMS tools. Knowledge of the app product market.
