Fantastic opportunity to join a boutique London‐based search firm in a commercial, client‐facing role. The position blends senior client partnership with high‐level delivery and commercial growth.

You will take ownership of key client relationships (including some of the biggest and most recognisable global brands) shaping how those partnerships develop while staying closely involved in delivering senior‐level searches.

Key responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of key client relationships, acting as their main point of contact and building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders.
  • Grow revenue across assigned accounts by strengthening existing relationships and proactively engaging new stakeholders, teams and regions.
  • Build and maintain detailed client overviews, capturing organisational structure, hiring processes, role profiles and decision‐makers.
  • Travel quarterly to meet senior stakeholders in person.
  • Oversee the full delivery process across your accounts.
  • Personally lead on priority senior searches while coordinating and guiding consultants supporting your accounts.
  • Conduct final-stage candidate assessments.
  • Provide mentorship and act as a point of escalation for delivery consultants working on your projects.
Key attributes:
  • Strong background in executive search, recruitment or talent solutions, with experience managing and expanding key client accounts.
  • Proven ability to build long‐term, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver measurable account growth.
  • Confident running senior‐level searches end‐to‐end with a high standard of delivery.
  • Commercially minded, ambitious and comfortable working towards revenue targets.
