You will take ownership of key client relationships (including some of the biggest and most recognisable global brands) shaping how those partnerships develop while staying closely involved in delivering seniorâlevel searches.
Key responsibilities:- Take ownership of key client relationships, acting as their main point of contact and building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders.
- Grow revenue across assigned accounts by strengthening existing relationships and proactively engaging new stakeholders, teams and regions.
- Build and maintain detailed client overviews, capturing organisational structure, hiring processes, role profiles and decisionâmakers.
- Travel quarterly to meet senior stakeholders in person.
- Oversee the full delivery process across your accounts.
- Personally lead on priority senior searches while coordinating and guiding consultants supporting your accounts.
- Conduct final-stage candidate assessments.
