LR Talent are partnering with a global, fast‑growing, recruitment firm to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in their 2026 growth strategy. We're open to strong recruitment agency professionals looking to make their first move in-house. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end hiring for senior recruitment roles across the UK and US offices
  • Partner directly with founders and directors to understand hiring needs and deliver effective attraction strategies
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across specialist markets
  • Drive improvements across hiring processes, candidate experience and reporting
  • Leverage LinkedIn, personal branding and market networks to engage top‑tier talent
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support employer brand initiatives
  • Represent the business confidently across LinkedIn, events and direct outreach

About You

  • 5 years’ + experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Ideally experienced in senior‑level permanent recruitment or hiring for specialist roles
  • Proven ability to attract and engage senior candidates
  • Strong sourcing skills and confidence operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
  • Comfortable working closely with founders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Positive, energetic and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for helping a business scale
  • Strong LinkedIn presence or willingness to build one
