This role is a blend of Senior EA and Chief of Staff responsibilities, spanning both private and business support.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing diary, email and day‑to‑day priorities
  • Coordinating multiple UK properties (contractors, maintenance, refurb projects)
  • Organising personal admin, documentation and logistics
  • Supporting estate‑related paperwork and external advisors
  • Translating ideas into actionable plans and ensuring follow‑through
  • Introducing structure, systems and process where needed
  • Acting as a steady, discreet point of contact for family and partners

What we’re looking for:

  • Senior EA/operational support experience (UHNW or complex households ideal)
  • At least 10 years’ experience supporting at a senior level in high‑trust environments
  • Proven experience overseeing property‑related projects and managing specialists across multiple sites
  • Strong project coordination skills
  • Tech‑savvy, proactive and solutions‑focused
