We are recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a Private Client team on a part-time basis (2 days per week / FTC 12-months). This is a varied and fast-paced Legal Secretary role involving audio typing, dictation, document preparation, general Legal Secretary support, and use of case management systems.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ Legal Secretary experience:
- Private Client experience is desirable, particularly in wills, probate, trusts, and estates.
- Strong audio typing skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, and experience with systems such as Linetime or Liberate would be advantageous.
- The ideal candidate will be friendly, organised, and efficient.
- The position would ideally be 2 days onsite per week, based in the office, for 12-months FTC.
