Our client is hiring! We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE to join our client’s dynamic Wills, Trusts, and Probate team in Camden, London. If you have experience in trusts, probate, tax planning, and other areas of private client law, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career. As part of a close-knit team, you will work with a 43-year-old will bank and access to a high-net-worth client base. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact, grow your career, and contribute to the firm’s business development, including blogging, marketing, and promoting the services of the department.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a caseload of Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters, focusing on complex estate planning, tax planning, and trust administration
- Provide expert advice on inheritance tax, estate administration, and private client law
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Contribute to business development efforts by blogging, marketing, and networking
- Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality legal services
- Supervise junior staff and contribute to team development
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Wills, Trusts, Probate, and Tax Planning
- Strong technical knowledge and confidence in managing complex probate matters
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Ability and willingness to engage in business development activities, including blogging and marketing
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
