A well-respected and recognised Legal 200 law firm is looking for a skilled Trusts and Tax Professional to join their successful private client team. The role Advise clients on the benefits and tax implications of various trust structures Handle the creation, variation, and termination of trusts Manage trust administration, taxation, and compliance with the Trust Registration Service Prepare Inheritance, Income, and Capital Gains Tax Returns Work closely with trustees and beneficiaries, organising meetings and overseeing compliance What they are looking for: Either a 2-3 years PQE Solicitor/Lawyer or relevant working experience in trusts and tax as listed above, from either a legal, accounting or specialist trust & tax admin firm. Strong knowledge of trust creation and taxation Probate and estate experience is advantageous, but not essential Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational and communication skills Commitment to marketing activities, including writing articles and attending events Commercial acumen and a proactive mindset.
