They are looking for a forward-thinking IT professional with a strong background in legal tech innovation to drive the firm’s reputation, stay ahead of industry trends, and engage with stakeholders across the business. Your Role: Advise leadership on legal tech trends and strategies to keep them competitive. Lead their internal Technology Innovation Group, collaborating with the IT team to explore emerging tools. Monitor competitors and recommend proactive solutions. Manage risk, regulatory standards, AI, and data security for new tech implementations. Identify and deliver solutions that improve litigation workflows and operational efficiency. Champion new technologies from pilot phase to rollout, ensuring adoption and impact. Automate processes and document workflows to save time and reduce costs. Engage users through demos, training, and workshops to help everyone make the most of the firm’s technology. About You: At least 5 years’ experience in IT innovation, including 2 years working with Legal IT solutions. A creative, engaging communicator who can bridge tech and legal worlds.
